Maximum Occupancy:

• Up to 9 people plus 1 toddler.

• Perfect for large families or joint holidays with friends.

Prices:

• From € 280per night, depending on the season and number of guests
  (minimum stay of 3 nights, July and August minimum one week).

• Transparent pricing.
   

Additional Fees:

• One-time cleaning fee of €150 to ensure a spotlessly clean and welcoming place for our guests.

• Laundry: €25 for up to 5 people, each additional person €4.
   

Flexible Stay Duration:

• Not only bookable by the week! Stays of three nights or more are also possible on request.

• Ideal for weekend trips or short breaks.
